For example, slide creation/editing - Clarifying your message and boosting communication confidence. Applying my facilitation skills to draw out your own meaning to ensure it lands well with your audience, unlike sycophantic AI which doesn’t challenge you or isn’t as creative.

Session design

Miro/Mural/in-person sessions £40 /hr - max can be agreed

For example:

  • Facilitation design

  • Session planning

  • Preparation for you as facilitator

  • Creative content eg Near-real scenarios and exercises for most techniques and any industry - a great way to try out new techniques before putting these skills to work on your own

    Case study: boundary finding in Team Topologies - I created a fictitious health test-kit company for Matthew Skelton to use with clients learning TT.

Coaching

£50/half hr,

Two options on approach:

Zero agenda coaching

Just turn up and offload/ask for advice - can be ad hoc - find a slot in my diary - or ask for a set of sessions eg once per week to see you through a challenging month or so.

For example: Today’s challenging situation - need a sounding board or some quick advice

Bespoke pre-structured yet flexible coaching

Got a larger or longer-term challenge - work/career. I’ll create a map of the landscape you’ve presented and together we’ll explore and plot out potential routes back to safety and through to success over 3 to 6 sessions depending on your budget. Sessions can involve: exploring, reflecting, finding your words, decision frameworks.
