Forest Bathing:
Summer 2026 I’m starting a course to become a Forest Bathing Guide - accredited by the Complementary Medical Association. It’s well routed in research from its origins in Japan as Shinrin Yoku.
By Sept 2026, I’ll be leading groups into the woods locally in Leighton Buzzard - and in 2027 I’d like to explore opportunities to bring this further afield: eg a London lunch hour or conferences - any bit of green space will do.
