  • Turning ambitious ideas into impact through strategic design

    Aurora transforms ambitious ideas into results for fast-moving teams, specializing in Social Impact, CleanTech and EnergyTech. 

    With expertise in UX, product strategy, and facilitation—plus early software development experience - she excels at simplifying complexity and aligning specialized teams. 

    Aurora has launched products from zero in months, designed hiring systems, and facilitated organisational values creation. Aurora thrives in uncertain environments, building scalable organizational structures. Beyond her core work, she's built communities, mentored underrepresented tech talent, and spoken internationally on design, growth, and innovation.

  • Building user-centered technology for meaningful social impact

    Adam is a hands-on technologist with 30 years' experience in user-centered digital product development, bringing a collaborative consultancy approach. Python and AWS-focused with polyglot experience, he excels at scoping and delivering early-stage projects in complex environments.

    Adam has led tech development for multiple UK government services across planning, housing, social care, and ethnicity data. He's particularly experienced in social impact contexts, aligning technical delivery with genuine user needs while balancing quality and constraints.

    With strong stakeholder management skills, Adam thrives in uncertainty, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for communities.

Case study

The Gaza Hope Wave team is a group of Palestinians- AI Engineers, Community Innovation Pioneers and Health Data Experts. They gained funding from Creating Hope in Conflict (UK Aid + Canada Grand Challenges) and trained their breast cancer AI on 22,000 mammograms from Palestinian women. Midway through Proof of Concept stage they were in need of support to assess readiness for trial deployments in health clinics and gaining funds to scale. 

Becky: "I could see that the 2 hours of funded mentoring wouldn't be enough. Aurora and Adam responded to my call for volunteers.

“Together we carried out a short Service Assessment as a means of internal reflection, short term fixes and longer term strategic questions."

Given the constraints towards the end of the assessment, notably the assault on Gaza City early October 2025, the assessment report was delivered as a document rather than as an interactive session.
